What is a most appropriate photography camera we can buy for 300 or under?

I’m not regulating it for real, critical photography though for when I’m upon a eighth month or scenic photos. I’m not seeking for a tiny digital camera either, since we already have one. I’d similar to to buy a Nikon, Canon or Kodak that’s around 14mp.
*300 dollars or under.

    with compress cameras, never go with Nikon. Nikon does excellent with DSLR.
